Be aware of those slimming traps

We have sticked to calculate our daily caloric intake and take a walk after a meal. However, there is no change with our weight that seems to be as stable as a mountain. Why? How to accelerate our metabolic rate of fat? Maybe, we've fallen into several slimming traps without notice. Here are five common slimming mistakes that may give you a hint. 1. Without planning in advance. You are about to follow a nutritious and balanced diet and exercise more. Yet, you just talk about them. The truth is, they make no sense unless you consider how to realize these changes each day. For example, if you want to take exercise, then write down your exercising time on your notebook or put your sneakers in your car for a needy day. Or, if you want to dine out and know that you decide to enjoy a feast, it is the best for you to keep off the snacks that day. 2. Always do the same exercise. It is the key to burn calorie and fat as more as possible to reconcile our daily life. Otherwise, our body will adapt itself to this single exercise. Therefore, our body can't get any benefits from exercising when our body is in an unconscious state. So, you take a 30-minute walk in the first day, then you had better try dancing or aerobic exercises instead in the following day. It will make a great difference with just a tiny change. 3. Eat and drink as you please when you are in a bad mood. When it is difficult to tell the border between physical hunger and emotional hunger, you might have taken in hundreds of calories. So, think twice before a bite of those tasty foods. Ask yourself whether I am really hungry, or am I just feel tired or depressed. If you're not sure, then it is best to drink a cup of water and wait a moment, at least 20 minutes. If you still feel hungry, then eat a few healthy foods or your favourite foods, such as zi xiu tang. Thus, it is possible for you to control your food intake until this hunger is over. 4. The so-called rapid weight loss method. Neither drugs and drinks nor fashionable diet can magically remove your excess fat. If you want to lose weight and keep away from obesity, you must make some changes on your overall diet and exercise habits, and then persist them. 5. Lack of exercise. If we really want to burn fat and calories quickly, the best way is to increase the exercising intensity. You will achieve an amazing slimming result with just small changes. For instance, you are accustomed to having a walk after a meal, then you could try a brisk walking twice or three times per week instead. Or, you can take a brisk walking for 30~90 seconds and then have a slow walking for 90~120 seconds.
